"How I spent my weekend." By Milo Baker

I picked apples with Mom and Dad. (Except it's too late in apple picking season to get any good ones. Dad found two.)

I went to the Royal Gorge. (Except it's $25 a person to walk across the bridge. My mom and dad are cheap skates so we just took pictures from a distance.)

I went to Georgetown for the Aspen Fest. (The trees were pretty but there was too much traffic on the way back to Denver. I got hungry. I cried.)

The end.

Hilariously adorable. BTW, if I ever have a second, I'm totally blocking you on facebook. Your amazing get-out-and-do-stuff-even-though-I'm-a-new-mom life will make me feel utterly inadequate 'cause I'm pretty sure I'm spending the first two-three months postpartum in my pjs! ;)

No, you all seriously rock. Love it. You're inspiring, you mama, you!

Dear Milo,
I love how you added details to each part of your story. That's what good writers do!

P.S. Tell your mama I'm doing the yes dance because she's wearing non-maternity tops. Good for her! :)

Dearest Milo,

You are such a lucky boy to be able to do so many fun things in such a beautiful place!

However, that Fussbucket face isn't very flattering, mister. Really.

Love you!

Dear Milo --

You couldn't pay me enough money to cross that bridge. So I wouldn't worry about it.

Loved getting to meet you!!
